leap-4-joyAlthough unconfirmed the rumor mill reports a number of interesting activities sure to compete for your attention. A group of classmates originally from Philadelphia, Pa., known as The Palestras, never disbanded and are interested in a game of flag football on the Washington Mall.

Do you know the difference between Alumna and Alumni? Then you are invited to participate in a Tug of War across the Reflecting Pool near the monument to one of our long deceased presidents.

You may decorate the door of your room in the theme of your choice. However, life sized dioramas will not be allowed in the hotel lobby. Caution: you are limited in the use of two sided tape as the maintenance team does not permit nails, glue or screws. Of course, paint is reason for automatic disqualification.

In an email a classmate told us of going to a card game where a reunion broke out. Great conversations are spontaneous with reminiscences best stirred during games of Hearts. Carry a deck of playing cards and a game may start up. Yes, it’s a well known fact Euchre is a game best played after midnight.

Hopefully, Skippy Chernoff and Alan Skulsky will treat us to a table hockey face off of champions. Our children and grandchildren don’t appreciate how much fun a manually operated board game could be, so have your camera ready.
